After 20 years of “air and asphalt” miles pedaling food ingredients to the food industry, it’s great it is to be selling The NFL’s services to familiar companies. We, at The NFL, have so many different services which most food companies can use at any given moment based on their workload and priorities. Clients actually welcome a meeting with us and invite us into their inner sanctum which is off limits to most ingredient suppliers. How refreshing to work in this climate!

And do we have the experts! Just when you think you have been in the industry long enough to qualify as a seasoned professional, you find out how little you know when in the company of some of our food safety and food contaminant experts. The depth of their knowledge is mind boggling. Often, clients and prospective clients use them as sounding boards and advisors because they value their wisdom.

At the end of the day, whether I’m selling products or services, it always comes back to the consumer.
