Using lab scale equipment or our 15,000 ft pilot plant, we can simulate your processing conditions at our facility. Or we’ll develop surrogate microorganisms to run process validations on your plant equipment. With a National Food Laboratory custom designed process validation study, you could optimize your process, validate regulatory compliance or confirm the efficacy of your process to reduce pathogens.
