Dan Brouman

President, Lafayette

Dan Brouman joined Eurofins in 2017 and has held several strategic leadership roles across the organization. With deep expertise in operations, commercial strategy, and business transformation, he has a proven track record of driving growth and improving performance across diverse business units.

He began his Eurofins career in the Environmental division, where he led the successful acquisition of CEI and significantly improved EBITA margins. He later guided the launch of the SAFER@WORK program at Eurofins Craft Technologies, helping businesses implement critical safety protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, he served as a commercial leader at Eurofins Food Testing Netherlands, where his strategic direction and operational focus drove profitability and long-term positioning.

Brouman holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from John Carroll University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family – whether they’re traveling, exploring new places or experimenting with homemade ice cream recipes. He brings the same curiosity and creativity to his hobbies as he does to his leadership.
