Brett Ceurvels leads Product Development operations at The National Food Lab’s Lafayette, Colorado facility. Since rejoining The NFL in 2002, he has partnered with companies across the food, beverage, and dietary supplement industries, developing a wide range of products from early concept through commercialization. Known for his strong client relationships and solution-focused mindset, Brett is a trusted partner who works closely with teams to align on goals and deliver success.
He began his career at The NFL’s Ithaca, NY site after graduating from Cornell University, then moved to Los Angeles to join American Fruits and Flavors, where he helped lead numerous successful product launches and built strong rapport with customers. He later relocated to Florida, where he rejoined The NFL to launch and lead the Naples facility — managing its growth and success for over 20 years before transitioning to the Lafayette location.
Outside the lab, Brett’s passion for food continues — he’s always experimenting with new marinades for barbequing. He also enjoys spending time with his family and proudly serves as a Prop Dad for his daughter’s dance team.
