Eric James works in Product Development in Ithaca, New York. At the NFL, Dr. James coordinates directly with both clients and NFL staff and provides technical guidance and expertise to projects to ensure client satisfaction.
He received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland and BS in Molecular and Cell Biology from Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. James has over 20 years of experience in research and development in confectionary, food, beverage and nutrition industries as well as publications in Journal of Chromatography and The Manufacturing Confectioner.
