Joyce Lizzi is a highly accomplished Consumer and Sensory Practice Leader and the Plymouth Business Unit Manager at The National Food Lab. With over 20 years of experience applying consumer insights at CPG companies such as Hallmark Cards, The Pillsbury Company, and General Mills, Joyce has an exceptional track record of success.

She possesses a keen business acumen and extensive knowledge in research methods, ranging from qualitative to advanced analytics. Joyce obtained her Master’s in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia and her BS and BA in Marketing and Finance from Creighton University.

Joyce is known for her ability to identify and articulate problems effectively, which is the foundation of her success. Her favorite saying is, “A problem well-stated is a problem half-solved,” which demonstrates her passion for problem-solving and her commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
