Juan leads the day to day operation of the Ithaca, NY site, including Product and Process development efforts and the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) service line for The NFL organization.
He has been a valued member of The NFL since 1997. He received his M.Sc. in Food Science at Cornell University, and is an IFT-Certified Food Scientist.
Juan’s is a problem solver at heart, and his main area of focus is designing and directing business and technical groups in support of integrated innovation programs from concept through commercialization.
