Juan Pellecer is a highly esteemed member of The NFL team, serving as Associate Director of Product and Process Development. He has been an integral part of the company since 1997 and brings a wealth of experience to the table. Juan earned his M.Sc. in Food Science from Cornell University and holds an IFT certification as a Food Scientist.

As a natural problem solver, Juan excels in designing and leading business and technical teams to support integrated innovation programs from concept through commercialization. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Ithaca, NY site, including the Product and Process Development efforts and the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) service line.

Juan’s expertise in this area is unmatched, and he has a proven track record of designing and directing successful PLM initiatives. He is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients and is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
