Mike leads our team of Food Scientists in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data-focused projects.
He’s been a respected member of The NFL family of companies since 2007 after receiving several degrees (including a M.S. in Food Safety from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University).
Mike’s knowledge includes designing and evaluating business processes and leveraging PLM data to support product innovation efforts.
